The DMF-ZM right-angle solenoid pulse valve is a direct-connect cleaning valve engineered for pulse-jet industrial dust collectors. Sharing the same 90-degree architecture as the proven DMF-Z series, this valve adds a critical installation feature: both the inlet and outlet ports are equipped with integral fastening nuts. This design eliminates the need for separate wrenches, adapters, or threaded fittings, allowing the valve to be directly bolted onto the compressed air manifold and blowpipe with minimal tools and labor. The result is a faster, more secure installation that saves time during initial setup and simplifies field replacements. Inside, the valve operates identically to standard right-angle models — a solenoid-driven pilot vents a diaphragm chamber, causing the main diaphragm to snap open in milliseconds. A powerful, full-pressure compressed air pulse rushes directly through the 90-degree body and into the blowpipe, effectively removing dust cakes from filter bags. Built from die-cast aluminum with an IP65 sealed coil, the DMF-ZM withstands dusty, humid, and high-temperature industrial environments typical of Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Available in 20 mm, 25 mm, and 40 mm nominal diameters in both single and dual-diaphragm versions, it provides reliable, low-maintenance pulse cleaning for any baghouse system where ease of installation and serviceability are top priorities.
In many factories, replacing or installing a pulse valve requires threading pipe connections, applying sealant, and using multiple wrenches in tight, overhead spaces. Every minute of extra labor spent wrestling with fittings increases maintenance downtime and raises the total cost of ownership. Valves that are difficult to align or tighten also risk being under-torqued, leading to compressed air leaks that waste energy and reduce cleaning pressure. Furthermore, valves installed without proper thread engagement can vibrate loose over time, causing intermittent cleaning failures and accelerated filter bag wear. Maintenance teams need a pulse valve that installs quickly, securely, and repeatably, without specialized tools or complicated procedures.
The DMF-ZM solves these installation challenges through its integrated fastening nuts on both the inlet and outlet ports. Instead of threading the valve body onto the manifold and blowpipe separately and then locking it in place, the installer simply positions the valve between the two connection points and tightens the captive nuts. This secures the valve firmly in place with even torque, creating a reliable seal without thread sealant or excessive force. The 90-degree body acts as the elbow between the horizontal manifold and the vertical or angled blowpipe, eliminating extra fittings. Once installed, the valve delivers the same high-speed, high-energy cleaning pulse as any premium right-angle valve. A dual-diaphragm option provides sharper opening and greater air volume for longer blowpipes. The die-cast aluminum body and sealed coil ensure long-term reliability, while the nut-connected design means that future maintenance swaps take minutes instead of hours.
| Model | Nominal Diameter (mm) | Nominal Diameter (inch) | Diaphragm Qty | Connection | Weight (kg) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DMF-ZM-20 | 20 | 3/4" | 1 | G3/4" (with nut) | 0.90 |
| DMF-ZM-25 | 25 | 1" | 1 | G1" (with nut) | 1.30 |

*All models: right-angle (90°) body with integrated fastening nuts on both inlet and outlet; die-cast aluminum alloy body; NBR diaphragm (standard) or Viton (optional for high temperature); IP65 solenoid coil; operating pressure 0.3–0.8 MPa; ambient temperature range -20°C to +80°C. Custom coil voltages (24V DC, 110V AC, 220V AC) available.*
Step 1: Determine required valve size. Match the nominal diameter (20, 25, or 40 mm) to your blowpipe diameter and the number of filter bags served. The DMF-ZM-40S covers most industrial blowpipe requirements.
Step 2: Choose single or dual diaphragm. The 20 and 25 mm models use a single diaphragm for standard cleaning cycles. The 40S model uses a dual diaphragm for faster opening and higher air volume, ideal for longer blowpipes or high-frequency cleaning.
Step 3: Verify operating conditions. Confirm compressed air supply pressure (0.3–0.8 MPa). The nut-secured design ensures reliable sealing at all rated pressures.
Step 4: Select coil voltage and diaphragm material. Standard coil voltage is 24V DC or 220V AC. Choose Viton diaphragms for ambient temperatures above 80°C or exposure to chemicals.
