The JS-SL series water wash sanding cabinet is a wet dust collection system purpose-built for grinding, polishing, and sanding operations across stone, metal, wood, and composite industries. Unlike conventional baghouse or cartridge collectors that clog with mixed dust, this unit uses a triple-stage water filtration process — water curtain, water-wash ball filter layer, and spray mist — to capture over 90% of airborne dust while simultaneously removing water-soluble gases and vapors. The entire housing, water tank, and internal baffles are constructed from 201 stainless steel, providing permanent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning in the hot, humid environments of Southeast Asia and the Middle East. A modular bolted design with foam gasket seals eliminates dust leakage and thermal distortion. Five standard models handle airflows from 13,000 to 52,000 m³/h, with the flexibility to add a workbench surface for integrated sanding stations. Simple operation requires only fan start/stop and periodic water top-up; the reusable filter balls and spray nozzles are cleaned with a quick hose-down. 1. The axial fan pulls dust-laden air into the cabinet through the front intake grille.
2. A circulating pump continuously flows water over the water curtain plate, trapping large particles and sparks instantly.
3. Air passes through a bed of multi-faceted hollow filter balls. The high surface area and turbulent mixing capture fine dust.
4. A spray mist section provides final particulate capture. Dust becomes sludge and drops into the water tank.
5. A demister layer removes water droplets. Clean, moist air is exhausted by the fan.
6. Sludge settles in the tank. Filter balls are flushed periodically with a hose. Water is topped up as needed.

1. Calculate required airflow based on the open face area of the cabinet. Target a face velocity of 1.0–1.5 m/s. For a 3-meter wide cabinet with 0.85 m height, airflow requirement is approximately 9,000–14,000 m³/h.
2. Match the cabinet length to your workspace. A single operator typically uses a 1.5–2.0 m width. Larger parts or multiple operators require 3.0–5.0 m.
3. Confirm power supply. Standard is single-phase or three-phase as per motor configuration. Ensure water supply and drainage are available.
4. For integrated grinding workstations, add the optional workbench surface. For automatic water level control, add the auto-fill kit.
